- Provide and manage our services — ground handling, aviation fuel, ground fuel distribution, transportation & logistics, and hangar leasing;
- Communicate with you about your request and our services;

Consent
By submitting our contact form, you consent to QAS collecting and using the information you provide for the purposes above. Optional fields are provided at your discretion. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see «Your rights» below), although this may prevent us from responding to your request.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it, only to the extent necessary, with:
- Trusted service providers that host this website and deliver our email on our behalf;
- Professional advisors or public authorities, where required or permitted by law.
Information handled outside Québec
Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside Québec, including elsewhere in Canada or in the United States. Before entrusting information to such providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives protection comparable to that required under Quebec law.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses only the storage strictly necessary for it to function properly, such as remembering your language preference. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our interactive network map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap; when the map is displayed, your browser contacts that service to retrieve the tiles.
How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to maintain our business relationship, and to satisfy our legal obligations. When it is no longer required, we securely destroy or anonymize it.
How we protect your information
QAS applies reasonable physical, organizational and technological measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure or use. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS) across this website and limiting access to authorized personnel.
Your rights
Under Quebec law, you may:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Have it corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
- Withdraw your consent to its use;
- Request, in certain circumstances, that information no longer be disseminated or that a hyperlink to it be de-indexed;
- Obtain, in certain cases, the computerized personal information you provided in a structured, commonly used technological format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Privacy Officer using the details above. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.
Complaints
If you have concerns about how we handle your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer first so we can address them. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
